Refund Policy

14-day free trial and first charge

The free trial lasts 14 days. Stripe Checkout requires a payment method to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected annual subscription begins and the selected plan’s annual price is charged automatically when the trial ends. Current annual prices are $199 USD for Pro and $399 USD for Max. If Stripe has no payment method at trial end, it cancels the subscription.

Cancel before the trial ends to prevent the first subscription charge. To cancel, the company owner uses the Billing page’s “Manage or cancel subscription” control and completes the cancellation in Stripe Customer Portal. Stripe determines the effective cancellation date. Billing displays the subscription status and dates reported by Stripe; access continues only while Stripe reports the subscription as trialing or active.

Monthly billing

Monthly subscriptions have no free trial. The first monthly charge is collected when you complete checkout, and the subscription renews monthly unless canceled. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after each charge, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds after annual billing begins

Once annual billing begins after the trial, subscription fees are non-refundable, including fees for partial periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Canceling stops future renewal according to the effective date shown by Stripe; it does not create a refund for a period already billed, subject to any refund required by law.
