Fresh Quote Calculator, operated by Fresh View Home Solutions.
1. Information handled by the service
- Account and company setup: account email and authentication details handled by Supabase Auth; contact person and business name; business contact email, phone, address and website; industry and configured services; pricing defaults; logo and CRM color choices; company membership and role; and the plan chosen during signup.
- Customers and estimates: customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, notes and appointment information; service and add-on descriptions, quantities and prices; tax and quote totals; and internal calculator inputs and results such as labor hours, worker count, labor rate, materials, travel, other costs, overhead, target margin, total cost, projected profit and profit margin.
- Customer photos and logos: Max customers may store JPEG, PNG or WebP photos on customer profiles. The service stores the photo file and related metadata such as file name, type, size, uploader and upload time in a private company-scoped workspace. Company logos are stored with company settings.
- Employee-related information: the calculator records a worker/team-member count for an estimate; it is not a personnel, payroll or employee directory. If you enter employee names or other personal information in customer, estimate or free-text fields, that information becomes part of the content you submit.
- Billing: selected plan and billing interval, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription and trial dates, cancellation status, payment status, and trial-cooldown records. Stripe collects payment-method details through its own checkout and portal. For a trial checkout, Stripe session metadata also records the accepting user and company IDs, selected plan and interval, annual amount, disclosure version, and server-recorded acceptance time.
- Service inquiries: when you submit the Explore Fresh View inquiry form, the service processes your name, business name, email, phone, selected service, preferred call time and message so Fresh View can follow up.
- Technical and browser information: Supabase authentication uses browser session cookies. The browser may use local storage to import older calculator or estimate data and session storage for a temporary AI-draft handoff. The service inquiry endpoint uses an IP-derived address for a best-effort, in-memory rate limit. Google Fonts are requested by the site’s stylesheets, so the browser connects to Google Fonts to load fonts.
2. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts; create and operate company workspaces; calculate, save, export and email estimates; manage customer records and photos; provide insights and company branding; create AI drafts and guidance when requested; send and record customer estimate responses; process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and trial eligibility; respond to support requests; and protect the service from abuse and operational errors.
3. Providers that process information
- Supabase: authentication, confirmation email flow, company database, and private customer-photo storage.
- Stripe: checkout, payment methods, customer portal, subscription billing and payment status. The app receives identifiers and billing status used to manage the workspace.
- Resend: delivery of estimate emails to the customer, service inquiry notifications to Fresh View, and trial-ending reminders to the company owner and configured billing contact. Estimate emails can include customer-facing estimate details and a link for the customer to review and respond.
- OpenAI API: when you use AI Estimate Builder, the request can include the service, job description, city or ZIP code, measurements, site conditions, notes, pricing assumptions, configured service names and uploaded job photos. The request is sent with the API’s
store: falsesetting. The app does not save these request photos to its own storage; OpenAI’s own processing and retention terms still apply. - Vercel AI Gateway: when you use the Pricing & Business Assistant, the request includes your question and recent conversation, company industry and configured services, and, when enabled, estimate prices, costs and calculations. The app attempts to redact customer contact details from free-text questions and history, but separately supplied company and estimate context is still sent. The configured model provider may also process that request under its own terms. Avoid including customer identifiers or unnecessary sensitive details.
- Google Fonts: the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives the browser request needed to return those font files.
The production hosting provider and any separate email relay configured for Supabase Auth are set outside this repository, so their names and retention settings cannot be verified from the app source. Fresh View should confirm those deployment settings and update this notice with any additional providers before publication.
4. AI information and customer estimate links
AI Estimate Builder prepares a draft from information you submit. The browser prepares uploaded job photos as JPEG images and removes embedded image metadata before sending them; the server validates the images and does not save them in the Fresh Quote database or photo bucket. This does not control how the AI provider handles a request under its own policies.
When an estimate is emailed, its customer link is a unique bearer link that does not require the recipient to sign in. Anyone with the link may view the customer-facing estimate and submit its one-time approve or decline response. The public page includes customer and company contact details, service details, scope, prices and totals; it does not return the calculator’s internal costs or profit calculations. The service records the first open time and the customer response and time. Share the link only with the intended recipient.
5. Storage, access and sharing
Company setup, estimates, clients, billing state, CRM theme settings and customer-photo metadata are stored in company-scoped Supabase records. Customer-photo files use a private Supabase Storage bucket and are served through authenticated app routes. Company members can access workspace information according to their account and role. Public estimate links are the exception described above.
Information is also shared with the providers listed in this policy when needed for the feature you use. The current app source contains no analytics or advertising SDK. This statement describes the code in this repository; deployment-level logging or tools configured outside the repository may also process technical data.
6. Retention and deletion
Company records and estimates do not have an automatic expiration period in the app. You can export estimate and client lists and delete estimates or client records in the workspace. Deleting a client also deletes its photo records, queues stored photo files for cleanup, and does not delete estimates created for that client. File cleanup can be delayed and retried.
The app does not currently provide a general delete-account control. Contact us to request account or company-data deletion; do not assume that removing a sign-in alone deletes all company records. Billing and trial-cooldown records may be retained to administer subscriptions and enforce the 90-day trial rule. Stripe, Supabase, email and AI providers may retain information under their own policies, and provider backups may follow separate schedules.
7. Privacy requests and contact
For a request to access, correct, export or delete information, or for a privacy or support question, email Fvbusinesssolutions@gmail.com. Include the account email and company name, but do not email passwords, payment-card details or other credentials. We may need to verify that you control the account or are authorized to act for the company before responding. Available rights and response requirements depend on applicable law.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or its data flows change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
